Fill in your information using the “Add Home”, “Add Parents” and “Add Students” tabs. Parents in a separate household may be added when you verify your information.
When you have completed the form, click “create account.” You’ll receive an email when your join request has been approved (we try to do this as soon as we receive notice, but it may take up to 24 hours).
At this point you just need to verify your information, adjust what you want to be visible, and if/for what reasons we may email you. You may edit this at any time! You’ll be given options to join the PTA (please do - your membership dues do a lot!), buy advertising for your business to support this Directory (please consider, as it keeps this service free) or to receive mailings from AtoZ Connect (feel free to ignore). Then you’re ready to go! You’ll just need to re-verify each year.

Please note that, due to privacy laws, the PTA can not access, use, or publish any student or family information from the school. This directory is entirely dependent on information entered by each family. Thanks for your participation- we hope that this will be very useful for our Uintah families!
